Questions, bug reports, account help, or content concerns — email us and we'll get back to you, usually within a few days.
Built into the app
- Report content: tap ⋯ on any post → Report. Reported content can be automatically hidden while it's reviewed.
- Block someone: from their profile — you won't see each other's content or messages.
- Delete your account: profile → ⋯ menu → Delete account. Immediate and irreversible; removes your profile, content, and messages.
Legal requests
These are handled through dedicated processes, and you do not need a JAEKA account to use them:
- Intimate images published without consent (including AI-generated or altered) — removal process, [email protected]. We remove qualifying content within 48 hours.
- Copyright infringement — DMCA process, [email protected].
- Impersonation or misuse of someone's likeness — [email protected].
Content rules
JAEKA has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users — the rules are in our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Remixing is covered by the Remix Licence. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
